Ko Bakery

At Ko we strive to create beautiful cakes, however, our focus will always be on providing you and your guests with the most delicious desserts. All of our cakes are three-layer rounds made with our one of a kind Italian meringue buttercream sandwiched between layers of moist cake. We do not work with fondant or other specialty finishing products such as gum paste or pastillage. Our decorating style typically highlights the use of fresh flowers grown here on the Garden Isle, but our expert staff is willing to work with each couple to design the wedding cake of their dreams.
