Nestled in the heart of East Hill, J's Pastry Shop is the oldest bakery in Pensacola serving up fresh doughnuts, pastries, cookies, and cakes for the last 70 years. Recently purchased by Ryan and Erika Thomas, J's Pastry has become J's Bakery and Cafe. Including a new remodel, J's now serves lunch alongside the classic bakery recipes that made it a Pensacola institution.
