Middlethorpe Hall provides a magnificent setting for special occasions such as family celebrations, private dining and receptions, standing in 20 acres of gardens and parkland, which include a fragrant rose and lavender garden a fascinating white garden, a restored 18th century Dovecote and a walled garden. The imaginatively restored 18th century Barlow Room, (named after one of the famous families associated with Middlethorpe Hall) situated fifty yards from the main house, is capable of hosting up to 56 people. The Dovecote located in the gardens or the South Terrace is the perfect setting for drink receptions (weather permitting). The Grill Room which has its own private sitting room is the ideal venue for private dining and receptions. We are able to accommodate a maximum of 56 seated guests for seated dining, and up to 60 for a stand up fork buffet. If you require music, this can be arranged. Please note that dancing and discos are only available for guests that have exclusive use of the Hall.
