It can be used for standing cocktail receptions when using the Sears room as well. The area can be made cozy for smaller events. The noble ambiance of the Sears Room is perfect for a small ceremony (35-40 people), rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, or any intimate affair. This part of the original house seats 50 for dinner, and 80 for a limited seating cocktail social.
