Windflower Cakes

Windflower Cakes is a private licensed bakery/studio located in Hood River, OR, specializing in all-natural, delicious, custom wedding cakes. Made to order, I strive to create for each customer a cake of the highest quality to honor their special day with authenticity, elegance, beauty and joy! Windflower Cakes are made entirely from scratch with pure, all-natural ingredients. I proudly use as many organic ingredients as possible including all purpose flour, cane sugar, milk and pastured butter. Eggs are also organic and pastured, raised here in the Hood River valley. Seasonal fruits which are featured in my desserts are provided by local small farmers and growers. It is my passion to support the producers who use agricultural practices that sustain our earth; and not only is their product quality better, the ingredients taste better!
