This picturesque wedding venue is one-of-a-kind with rustic fountains, abundant gardens, horses in the pasture and panoramic coastal views that surrounds brides, grooms, and their guests as they say “I Do.” The bride, Mallory, says she fell in love with the setting as soon as she arrived for the first time at the estate. She knew this was “the one” – it was absolutely beautiful. Once touring she described the staff as “awesome” - she said they made her feel right at home.'
This estate easily accommodates any bride’s design layout allowing brides and grooms to host their ceremony, reception and cocktail hour all in one gorgeous and accommodating location. It is a hidden gem on Emerald Isle’s Crystal Coast and is within walking distance of beaches. Many nearby locations can accommodate wedding guests as well, making it convenient as well. One bride, Jacqueline, who we had the pleasure of speaking with regarding her big day at The Watson House and Gardens, described her wedding experience as elegant, flawless and relaxing! Not one detail goes missed by The Watson House and Gardens. Beautiful vintage and romantic touches are everywhere! Church pews adorn the lawn with a sixteen-foot arbor facing the Bogue sound for the perfect ceremony location. Just picture a flower drenched arbor with a chandelier above as you say your vows. A private dock overlooking the Bogue sound on the property is ideal for gorgeous after-wedding photographs. An outdoor greenhouse inspired covered patio with a vintage crystal chandelier light up the floor for that first dance. Twinkle lights and a fireplace warm up the area with a warm ambiance and rustic vintage look. A landscaped pool area is perfect for cocktail hour and an outdoor terrace with strings of bubble lights can be used for the reception.
