They have a very wonderful selection and competitive pricing but what far and away stands out is their customer service. I worked primarily with Tammy and Bryan, but the whole staff is amazing. They so patiently worked with me and I was able to propose to my fiancée with a beautiful ring that suited her perfectly. Already they’ve been great in maintaining a relationship with us and ensuring we are continuing to be happy, from fixing a minor problem to cleaning the ring anytime. Really so glad I chose Jacob Matthew Jewelers for this momentous purchase. Highly recommend them!
