Whitten, a Wilmington native, opened his first jewelry design studio in 1985, and later added retail operations. In addition to custom designs, Whitten’s Fine Jewelry also offers jewelry repair, recently added line by LaFonn, a full collection of beads – Trollbeads, Chamilia, and WHIMSY, watches by Bulova, fine jewelry by Simon G, Fana, and more, a bridal collection which features loose certified diamonds and custom mountings in platinum and 18 karat gold. Whitten’s also buys gold, diamonds, high-end watches, and antique jewelry in a comfortable friendly setting.
