Together we can make your dream day a reality! Pam DuVal and her husband, Joe Cadorette own Promised Hearts. And we love weddings! Pamela DuVal is NC's first Master Wedding Planner, trained by the Association of Bridal Consultants. Pam is a Non-denominational Ordained Wedding Minister and a Certified Sandals Specialist. She is also teaches the Wedding Planner Course. Joe is VP for Promised Hearts and a TIP certified bartender.
