Vendor Description

Frederick's Pastries has been New England's premier cake specialty shop since 1980 when Frederick and his wife Gloria Lozier established Frederick's Pastries in Nashua, NH. Frederick started as a pastry chef at the University of Maine; St. Francis College in Biddeford; and a number of summer resorts on the Maine coast. He has also taught at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., Johnson and Wales College in Providence, R.I. and as the Culinary Arts teacher at Nashua High School.
