The historic Sandford House and Heritage Square gardens are yours to rent for special events! Imagine making your entrance from the grand stairway in The Sandford House main foyer or gliding across lush green lawns to your true love waiting for you beneath the gazebo. We look forward to offering our venue for your event, a memorable occasion for you. The building(s) inside and/or courtyard is available to you as needed. Decorating may be done the day before the event, if the venue is available. The time of use is to include the set-up, the event, and the post-event time. The final payment will be due two weeks before the event. All visits to Heritage Square in preparations for the event must be coordinated with a Representative of the Woman’s Club of Fayetteville, Inc. The Representative will also be responsible for opening, monitoring, and closing the venue.
