The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe�s Wedding Professional will assist in coordinating all of the wedding details associated with the Inn, including the food and beverage, venue set up, and guestroom coordination. Amenities include a wide variety of onsite venues for all of the events surrounding your wedding weekend, Bridal party changing room, creative catering, ranging from buffet-style setups to lavish plated dinners and brunches, ceremony chairs, house linens and napkins, house chairs, table settings & glassware, votive candles for the cocktail and dinner reception, market lights for the Azalea Lawn and a dance floor set up, if desired, and a complimentary night stay for the bride and groom. Please note, The Inn requires a professional wedding coordinator to assure all of the personalized details, beginning with the coordination of the rehearsal, to the specific place setting set-up, vendor arrival, departures, and timelines are attended to as specified by the bride and groom.
